Pickleball Weekday Drop In - Pickleball Weekday Drop In This is a fun activity that can be played by all ages. Pickleball is fun, social and friendly! Drawings for a free pass will be held from the used passes as we collect them. You can gift a punch to a friend, visitor or partner.

Yin Yang Yoga - Yin Yang Yoga Yin/Yang Yoga is a practice that balances a slow paced Yin with a traditional Hatha Yoga. Yin is a passive cooling energy, whereas Yang is more dynamic and warming. This is a 1 hour class. We will start in Yang for warming up our body and releasing energy, then we will make our way to a more calming practice in Yin. Solo/Vernacular Jazz Dancing- All levels - Solo/Vernacular Jazz Dancing- Spring session Solo jazz dancing, also known as vernacular jazz dancing, is rooted in Black American traditional movements. This class will explore vintage and modern routines that use the authentic jazz steps common in Lindy Hop and swing dancing. You’ll be grooving to big band swing and traditional jazz music and having so much fun you’ll forget you’re actually exercising! Having some background in Lindy Hop or learning choreography will help you get the most out of this class, but all are welcome. Masks are optional but encouraged. Students should bring a water bottle and a change of shoes that are comfortable and not too sticky on the floor.

The season will consist of regular season matches and a single elimination playoff tournament at the end. The entry fee includes referee, court set-up, game balls, awards, and playoff expenses. Matches for A-League are played on Tuesday evenings beginning in November and ending in April with the playoff tournament.

Bingo starts at 12:00 pm and the minimum cost is only $4.00 for 6 cards: you may play up to 24 cards for $10.00 for cash prizes. Please be here between 11:00 - 11:45 to purchase your cards, no late comers. All cash taken in from members will be given out as cash prizes.Between cash prizes and a weekly 50/50 drawing you don’t want to miss out on your chance to win BIG! Yin Yang Yoga - Yin Yang Yoga Yin/Yang Yoga is a practice that balances a slow paced Yin with a traditional Hatha Yoga. Yin is a passive cooling energy, whereas Yang is more dynamic and warming. Solo/Vernacular Jazz Dancing- All levels - Solo/Vernacular Jazz Dancing- Spring session Solo jazz dancing, also known as vernacular jazz dancing, is rooted in Black American traditional movements. This class will explore vintage and modern routines that use the authentic jazz steps common in Lindy Hop and swing dancing. You’ll be grooving to big band swing and traditional jazz music and having so much fun you’ll forget you’re actually exercising! Having some background in Lindy Hop or learning choreography will help you get the most out of this class, but all are welcome. Masks are optional but encouraged. Students should bring a water bottle and a change of shoes that are comfortable and not too sticky on the floor.

Teen Center 2023-24 - Teen Center The Teen Center is open to those in grades 6-12. This is a drop-in program where participants can play games, catch up on homework or visit with friends. Participants sign in upon arrival and once they leave, they sign out for the day. They cannot leave and return during the Teen Center daily hours of operation. The center provides transportation to all Biddeford residents at days end.Hours are 2:00-6:00 on school days except Early Releases. Hours are 12:00-6:00 for Early Release days. Teen Center is closed on days when school is not in session.All registration paperwork must be completed before attending. This is a free program provided by the City of Biddeford in support of its teens. Special events and activities are also held at the center.

Yin Yang Yoga - Yin Yang Yoga Yin/Yang Yoga is a practice that balances a slow paced Yin with a traditional Hatha Yoga. Yin is a passive cooling energy, whereas Yang is more dynamic and warming. Solo/Vernacular Jazz Dancing- All levels - Swing Dance- Open practice session Solo jazz dancing, also known as vernacular jazz dancing, is rooted in Black American traditional movements. This class will explore vintage and modern routines that use the authentic jazz steps common in Lindy Hop and swing dancing. You’ll be grooving to big band swing and traditional jazz music and having so much fun you’ll forget you’re actually exercising! Having some background in Lindy Hop or learning choreography will help you get the most out of this class, but all are welcome. Masks are optional but encouraged. Students should bring a water bottle and a change of shoes that are comfortable and not too sticky on the floor.

Pickleball Weekday Drop In - Pickleball Weekday Drop In This is a fun activity that can be played by all ages. Pickleball is fun, social and friendly! The rules are fairly simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a fast-paced, competitive game. Beginners are welcome to join us and learn the game!! Whats it all about?The sport is played on a court with the same dimensions as a doubles badminton court. The net is similar to a tennis net, but is mounted two inches lower. The game is played with a hard paddle and a polymer smaller version of a wiffle ball. It can be played by 2 or 4 players.

Teen Center 2023-24 - Teen Center The Teen Center is open to those in grades 6-12. This is a drop-in program where participants can play games, catch up on homework or visit with friends. Participants sign in upon arrival and once they leave, they sign out for the day. They cannot leave and return during the Teen Center daily hours of operation. The center provides transportation to all Biddeford residents at days end.Hours are 2:00-6:00 on school days except Early Releases. Hours are 12:00-6:00 for Early Release days. Teen Center is closed on days when school is not in session.All registration paperwork must be completed before attending. This is a free program provided by the City of Biddeford in support of its teens. Special events and activities are also held at the center.

This 5 week youth instructional program will emphasize the mechanics and skills of the game in a safe, fun environment. Players will learn the basics of playing offense and defense, passing and receiving, teamwork, and sportsmanship -- all in a friendly flag-football-style setting.
