The rules are fairly simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a fast-paced, competitive game. Beginners are welcome to join us and learn the game!! Whats it all about?The sport is played on a court with the same dimensions as a doubles badminton court. The net is similar to a tennis net, but is mounted two inches lower. Yin Yang Yoga - Yin Yang Yoga Yin/Yang Yoga is a practice that balances a slow paced Yin with a traditional Hatha Yoga. Yin is a passive cooling energy, whereas Yang is more dynamic and warming. This is a 1 hour class. We will start in Yang for warming up our body and releasing energy, then we will make our way to a more calming practice in Yin. Solo/Vernacular Jazz Dancing- All levels - Swing Dance- Open practice session Solo jazz dancing, also known as vernacular jazz dancing, is rooted in Black American traditional movements. This class will explore vintage and modern routines that use the authentic jazz steps common in Lindy Hop and swing dancing. You’ll be grooving to big band swing and traditional jazz music and having so much fun you’ll forget you’re actually exercising! Having some background in Lindy Hop or learning choreography will help you get the most out of this class, but all are welcome. Masks are optional but encouraged. Students should bring a water bottle and a change of shoes that are comfortable and not too sticky on the floor.

Yin Yang Yoga - Yin Yang Yoga Yin/Yang Yoga is a practice that balances a slow paced Yin with a traditional Hatha Yoga. Yin is a passive cooling energy, whereas Yang is more dynamic and warming. This is a 1 hour class. We will start in Yang for warming up our body and releasing energy, then we will make our way to a more calming practice in Yin. Solo/Vernacular Jazz Dancing- All levels - Swing Dance- Open practice session Solo jazz dancing, also known as vernacular jazz dancing, is rooted in Black American traditional movements. This class will explore vintage and modern routines that use the authentic jazz steps common in Lindy Hop and swing dancing. You’ll be grooving to big band swing and traditional jazz music and having so much fun you’ll forget you’re actually exercising! Having some background in Lindy Hop or learning choreography will help you get the most out of this class, but all are welcome. Masks are optional but encouraged. Students should bring a water bottle and a change of shoes that are comfortable and not too sticky on the floor.

The rules are fairly simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a fast-paced, competitive game. Beginners are welcome to join us and learn the game!! Whats it all about?The sport is played on a court with the same dimensions as a doubles badminton court. The net is similar to a tennis net, but is mounted two inches lower. The game is played with a hard paddle and a polymer smaller version of a wiffle ball. It can be played by 2 or 4 players.

Teen Center 2023-24 - Teen Center The Teen Center is open to those in grades 6-12. This is a drop-in program where participants can play games, catch up on homework or visit with friends. Participants sign in upon arrival and once they leave, they sign out for the day. They cannot leave and return during the Teen Center daily hours of operation. The center provides transportation to all Biddeford residents at days end.Hours are 2:00-6:00 on school days except Early Releases. Hours are 12:00-6:00 for Early Release days. Teen Center is closed on days when school is not in session.All registration paperwork must be completed before attending. This is a free program provided by the City of Biddeford in support of its teens. Special events and activities are also held at the center.

Yin Yang Yoga - Yin Yang Yoga Yin/Yang Yoga is a practice that balances a slow paced Yin with a traditional Hatha Yoga. Yin is a passive cooling energy, whereas Yang is more dynamic and warming. This is a 1 hour class. We will start in Yang for warming up our body and releasing energy, then we will make our way to a more calming practice in Yin. Solo/Vernacular Jazz Dancing- All levels - Swing Dance- Open practice session Solo jazz dancing, also known as vernacular jazz dancing, is rooted in Black American traditional movements. This class will explore vintage and modern routines that use the authentic jazz steps common in Lindy Hop and swing dancing. You’ll be grooving to big band swing and traditional jazz music and having so much fun you’ll forget you’re actually exercising! Having some background in Lindy Hop or learning choreography will help you get the most out of this class, but all are welcome. Masks are optional but encouraged. Students should bring a water bottle and a change of shoes that are comfortable and not too sticky on the floor.

Yin Yang Yoga - Yin Yang Yoga Yin/Yang Yoga is a practice that balances a slow paced Yin with a traditional Hatha Yoga. Yin is a passive cooling energy, whereas Yang is more dynamic and warming. Solo/Vernacular Jazz Dancing- All levels - Swing Dance- Open practice session Solo jazz dancing, also known as vernacular jazz dancing, is rooted in Black American traditional movements. This class will explore vintage and modern routines that use the authentic jazz steps common in Lindy Hop and swing dancing. You’ll be grooving to big band swing and traditional jazz music and having so much fun you’ll forget you’re actually exercising! Having some background in Lindy Hop or learning choreography will help you get the most out of this class, but all are welcome. Masks are optional but encouraged. Students should bring a water bottle and a change of shoes that are comfortable and not too sticky on the floor.

Yin Yang Yoga - Yin Yang Yoga Yin/Yang Yoga is a practice that balances a slow paced Yin with a traditional Hatha Yoga. Yin is a passive cooling energy, whereas Yang is more dynamic and warming. This is a 1 hour class. We will start in Yang for warming up our body and releasing energy, then we will make our way to a more calming practice in Yin. Solo/Vernacular Jazz Dancing- All levels - Swing Dance- Open practice session Solo jazz dancing, also known as vernacular jazz dancing, is rooted in Black American traditional movements. This class will explore vintage and modern routines that use the authentic jazz steps common in Lindy Hop and swing dancing. You’ll be grooving to big band swing and traditional jazz music and having so much fun you’ll forget you’re actually exercising! Having some background in Lindy Hop or learning choreography will help you get the most out of this class, but all are welcome. Masks are optional but encouraged. Students should bring a water bottle and a change of shoes that are comfortable and not too sticky on the floor.
