Join us for a fun filled outdoor adventure and try snowshoeing for the first time! This lifelong outdoor recreation sport is as easy as walking to get started. Instruction will be given on fitting the equipment, use, and designs, followed by a hike of approximately two miles depending on the groups' ability level. Snowshoes are available for your use and please preregister so we can ensure availability for everyone!
A Registered Maine Recreation Guide will be leading the group hike!
Winter 2026 Hikes:

Thursday, March 5, 2026: 3:00-5:00pm

Meeting Place
Program meets at the Clifford Park parking lot located at 130 Pool Street, Biddeford ME 04005.
Things to Remember
- Dress in layers so you can adjust to the outside temperature and activity level
- Water bottle
- Snack
- Sturdy boots- waterproof are best
- Please preregister so we can have snowshoes available for everyone.
