Chair Yoga Combo Register View Cart

Fitness class
In this class we will start seated in a chair for warm ups, stretches and breathing exercises. We will then make our way to standing and balance poses for strength and flexibility. Finally we will make our way to the floor, where we will complete our morning yoga practice.

Instructor for this class is Jana Gudschinsky

Things to Remember
  • Current physical distancing guidelines will be followed.
  • Please be prepared with a face covering to be worn until you enter your space on the floor.
  • All participants must complete the self screening protocol posted at the entrance ramp door of the Community Center Building.
  • It is not advised that high risk persons participate in this program at this time. 
  • Please bring a water bottle
  • Wear comfortable clothing
  • Plan to bring your own mat, towel, and blanket if you desire
  • Drop in fee of $5 payable at class
