Biddeford Recreation is ready to hit the water with our beginner Stand Up Paddle Board group lessons!

General Information
We use big, stable boards, that are easy to paddle and easy to learn on.
Come see what all the hype about this fun sport is all about, dress for success and plan to get a little wet!

This program is designed for anyone that wants to learn about this fun outdoor sport.
No need to be an "athlete" to do this, it's as easy as walking once you get a feel for it.
All equipment and a Registered Maine Guide as your instructor is provided.

Preregistration is required to save your spot.
