Tai Chi is known as one of the most effective exercises for physical and mental well-being!

It is designed to:

Feel more relaxed, reduce stress and anxiety

Classes starts January 8th - March 5th
Tues & Thurs 10:00 - 11:00 

 ** It is not to late to sign up, if you missed some classes the fee will be pro-rated!**
