Yin Yang Yoga

Yin/Yang Yoga is a practice that balances a slow paced Yin with a traditional Hatha Yoga. Yin is a passive cooling energy, whereas Yang is more dynamic and warming.
This is a 1 hour class. We will start in Yang for warming up our body and releasing energy, then we will make our way to a more calming practice in Yin.
Please bring your own mat, towel and water bottle.

Wear comfortable clothing
Plan to bring your own bolster, mat, towel, and blanket if you desire
Drop in fees are payable at the class, please bring cash or check.

Yoga Punch Passes are here!
These can ONLY be purchased in the Recreation Office and will not expire. They are for weekly drop in classes held at the J. Richard Martin Community Center. If needed, we can also take payment over the phone if you are unable to come during office hours: 283-0841.

When you attend a yoga session, just punch your pass on each visit. You can gift a punch card to a friend, visitor or partner.
