Yin/Yang Yoga is a practice that balances a slow paced Yin with a traditional Hatha Yoga. Yin is a passive cooling energy, whereas Yang is more dynamic and warming.
This is a 1 hour class. We will start in Yang for warming up our body and releasing energy, then we will make our way to a more calming practice in Yin.
Please bring your own mat, towel and water bottle.

Please be prepared with a face covering to be worn until you enter your space on the floor.
Current physical distancing guidelines will be followed.
All participants must complete the self screening protocol posted at the entrance ramp of the Community Center Building.
It is not advised that high risk persons participate in this program at this time.

  • New day and time is Monday mornings from 10am to 11am starting on November 2nd.
