Yoga mat and weights lay by a window
Easy to follow workout that will increase your energy and stamina.  
Let’s get moving with easy to follow combinations of step and kickboxing. Strength training, and core work, and a good finishing stretch. Great music and fun for all!


**Please bring a bottle of water, mat, and light hand weights.
