Floor Hockey
Join us this March for our newest youth sport program: Floor Hockey!  Shake off the last of the cold winter season with a month of fun experiencing the sport of floor hockey.  Learn the rules, basic skills and drills, and for our older division in grades 3-5, experience a mini tournament at the end of the session.

Offering sessions for Grades 1&2 and Grades 3-5.  Sign-ups in each division are limited so don’t wait to register!

Program Details
Dates: Saturdays March 1st – 29th
Location: J. Richard Martin Community Center Gymnasium
Who: for students in grades 1st – 5th

Times and Registration Info for Grades 1&2 Division
1st/2nd Grade: 9:00am-10:00am
Format: skills and drills format program
Fee: $40.00 resident; $45.00 non-resident. Registration fee includes a team t-shirt!

Times and Registration Info for Grades 3-5 Division
3rd–5th Grade: 10:30am-12:00pm; 3/22 session is offered from 12-1:30pm
Format: skill development, round robin game options, and end of session tournament.
Fee: $50.00 resident; $55.00 non-resident. Registration fee includes a team t-shirt!

Equipment needed:
The following equipment will be provided: floor hockey sticks to borrow, protective eyeware, and basic goalie equipment.

All participants must wear an indoor-only sneaker. Families may choose to provide their own equipment if preferred for floor hockey sticks and eyeware. If you have questions about best options for these items, please email sports@biddefordmaine.org for suggestions.
