Step back in time with the Bolder Adults Program for a trip to the Old York Historic Buildings Museum! 

As one of the earliest English settlements in the country, York became the seat of government for the Province of Maine and thrived as a center of maritime commerce. Through the centuries, York has been a destination for people seeking refuge in its natural beauty and pace of life. The culture and history of the area continue to captivate visitors to this day.

This trip will require walking as we tour the jail house, school house, tavern and Old York store and other areas of the Old York campus.

Meet at Biddeford Marden's parking lot for all trips. Please arrive 15 minutes before the trip departure time. Park next to the garage and road, away from Marden’s Store.
