Who: open to athletes in grades PreK-8th grade with previous cheering or gymnastics experience, either with Biddeford Fall Youth Cheer or Biddeford Recreation Competition Cheering.
Location: J. Richard Martin Community Center Gymnasium
Date: Sunday, September 14, 2025
Times: one-hour sessions by grade
• Pre-K-1st: 10:00-11:00am
• 2nd-5th grade: 11:00am-12:00pm
• 6th-8th grade: 12:00-1:00pm
Registration Fee: $30.00/resident; $35.00/non-resident - $5.00 sibling discount will automatically be applied at check-out
Minimums: 10-15 required per division to run clinics
Instructor Information
Instructor: Cat Haley, with support from Biddeford Recreation Competition Cheering coaches
Instructor Bio: Cat Haley comes to us from Stafford Springs, Connecticut as the owner of Cat Haley Cheerleading (CHC) and The Cat Haley Method. With over 25 years of industry experience, she began her journey at a small gym in central Maine where she developed a passion for all-star cheerleading. At 18, she moved to Marietta, Georgia where she attended Kennesaw State University and super-seniored for The Stingray Allstars Orange. After an undefeated season on the Medium All-Girl team including securing gold at the 2013 World Championships, Cat worked at Rays for the remainder of college. Coaching levels 1-5, she saw much success including multiple NCA, CHEERSPORT and UCA wins, and the 2015 Summit Championship.
She eventually moved back to her home state to begin her business. Since 2020, Cat Haley Cheerleading has worked with thousands of athletes from 48 states and 7 countries. Cat is passionate about training athletes with a focus of injury prevention and educated strategies, which is showcased in The Cat Haley Method- a pre-recorded system meant for athletes of all ages and abilities to learn and achieve their goals from home. Outside of her virtual training, Cat’s passion is speaking at conferences and helping coaches improve their strategies.
