Join us for a trip to the Maine Mall in celebration of Active Aging Week! Participants can choose to walk, bowl, shop, and/or enjoy lunch at the food court before we head home! (Purchases and meal costs are on your own).

This trip is specifically offered in early October to celebrate Active Aging Week! "Active Aging Week celebrates older adults’ contributions and promotes healthy lifestyles through engaging wellness activities. Active Aging Week, established by the International Council on Active Aging (ICAA) in 2003, is an annual campaign designed to celebrate the positive aspects of aging and promote the benefits of an active, healthy lifestyle, regardless of age or health status."
