Biddeford Recreation Department is offering winter/spring season party rentals at the newly renamed, “Clubhouse”, formerly the Biddeford Teen Center, in Rotary Park (550 Main Street, Biddeford). This space is great for childrens’ birthday parties, baby or bridal showers, and more! We are so excited to provide this venue to the community as an alternative site for your special events and here are the details!
Details:
Reservations MUST be booked online at least 30 days in advance, through our reservation request system*. Click here for online Rental Reservation Requests. On the facility reservation page, scroll down and you will find The Clubhouse listed within the facility options for Rotary Park.
*You must have or create an account to request a rental.
Available Dates: Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, beginning September, 2026 and available through May 30th, 2027. Rentals will not be available in the summer season due to summer camp programming.
Available hours:
• Fridays feature 3 hour blocks, either 5-8 pm or 4-7pm
• Saturdays from 10am-8pm
• Sundays from 10am-6pm
Maximum number of people per event: 50
Reservation Pricing:
3-hour party block fees:
Residents: $100.00; Non-residents: $110.00
For each additional hour, add the following:
Residents: $25.00/hour; Non-residents: $30.00/hour
What is included with my rental fee?
Recreation Staff will be available to open and close for you and assist with trash detail. Use of the entire center includes:
• Tables and chairs set up for up to 50 people
• Air Hockey Table
• Bluetooth Speaker w/ microphone to play music, make announcements
• Ping Pong Table- by request
• Restrooms
• SMART TV (Bring your own video game console to set up)
• Kitchen with Refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher (no stove)
What is not included? Please bring your own: Food, Drinks, Paper Products and Decorations. Renters are expected to clean up from their event and tie up their trash to be picked up by Recreation Staff. An additional cleaning fee, up to $150.00, will be applied to renter’s account if the space is not picked up after use. Anything broken, stolen or damaged is the responsibility of the renter.
No smoking of any kind and no alcohol is allowed.
