The rules are fairly simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a fast-paced, competitive game. Beginners are welcome to join us and learn the game!! The net is similar to a tennis net, but is mounted two inches lower. The game is played with a hard paddle and a polymer smaller version of a wiffle ball. It can be played by 2 or 4 players.

4:30 PM - 5:30 PM	Yin Yang Yoga - Yin Yang Yoga Yin/Yang Yoga is a practice that balances a slow paced Yin with a traditional Hatha Yoga. Yin is a passive cooling energy, whereas Yang is more dynamic and warming. This is a 1 hour class. We will start in Yang for warming up our body and releasing energy, then we will make our way to a more calming practice in Yin. 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM	Yin Yang Yoga - Yin Yang Yoga Yin/Yang Yoga is a practice that balances a slow paced Yin with a traditional Hatha Yoga. Yin is a passive cooling energy, whereas Yang is more dynamic and warming. This is a 1 hour class. We will start in Yang for warming up our body and releasing energy, then we will make our way to a more calming practice in Yin. 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM	Maine Ultimate Free Play Days - Free Play Days: Grades 6th - 12th Maine Ultimate and Biddeford Recreation have teamed up to offer a FREE Youth Ultimate Frisbee Program in spring 2025! Ultimate frisbee has the fast-paced movement of soccer, paired with the aerial excitement of football! Players will learn throwing, catching, basic strategy, and of course, Spirit of the Game! "A truly unique and defining element of ultimate, Spirit of the Game places the responsibility of fair play solely on the athletes themselves by requiring each player to know the rules and make their own calls, without the help of a neutral official. These underlying principles reinforce mutual respect and trust between opponents; communication and conflict resolution skills; and self confidence – both on and off the field of play." No experience necessary!  Players should wear sneakers and comfortable clothing. Don't forget a water bottle! All players receive a FREE disc to keep!

The rules are fairly simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a fast-paced, competitive game. Beginners are welcome to join us and learn the game!! The net is similar to a tennis net, but is mounted two inches lower. The game is played with a hard paddle and a polymer smaller version of a wiffle ball. It can be played by 2 or 4 players.

Richard Martin Community Center from 10:00am to 10:45am, this class offers a mix of sport specific games, physical education-style activities, and exciting active group challenges. Your little ones will burn energy, build coordination and balance, and work on their focus and listening skills while having a blast with new friends! Whether they’re running, jumping, or learning basic skills from a variety of sports, Tiger Tots Sports Academy is the perfect way to get your child moving and having fun.
