6:30 AM - 10:00 AM	Pickleball Weekday Drop In - Pickleball Weekday Drop In This is a fun  activity that can be played by all ages. Pickleball is fun, social and friendly! The rules are fairly simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a fast-paced, competitive game. Beginners are welcome to join us and learn the game!! The net is similar to a tennis net, but is mounted two inches lower. The game is played with a hard paddle and a polymer smaller version of a wiffle ball. It can be played by 2 or 4 players.
9:15 AM - 10:45 AM	Tiny Tigers (ages 4 & under) - Tiny Tigers This is a parent/caregiver-participation group that facilitates unstructured play time with opportunities for lots of social interaction for children and adults. Drop in to the class of your choice, registration is not required.Parents will be asked to sign a participation waiver upon arrival. Program offered in conjunction with the organization Kids Free to Grow.
11:00 AM - 12:00 PM	Chair Yoga Combo - Chair Yoga & Gentle Yoga Combo In this class we will start seated in a chair for warm ups, stretches and breathing exercises. We will then make our way to standing and balance poses for strength and flexibility. Yin is a passive cooling energy, whereas Yang is more dynamic and warming. This is a 1 hour class. Each session format will include skills and drills and end with mini basketball games.This session requires parent/guardian participation.  Biddeford Recreation staff will lead sessions and provide instruction for families to follow.  A parent must accompany each child to every class and participate with them.  Siblings ages 13 and older may assist.Registration is open through Sunday, November 30th, 2024 or as space allows.
