6:30 AM - 10:00 AM	Pickleball Program - Pickleball Weekday Drop In Program Pickleball is a fun activity that can be played by all ages. The sport is fun, social and friendly! The rules are fairly simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a fast-paced, competitive game. Beginners are welcome to join us and learn the game!! What's it all about?The sport is played on a court with the same dimensions as a doubles badminton court. The net is similar to a tennis net, but is mounted two inches lower. The game is played with a hard paddle and a polymer smaller version of a wiffle ball. It can be played by 2 or 4 players.

11:30 AM - 12:30 PM	Indoor Walking - Indoor Walking Adults ages 18+ older are welcome to walk in our gym from 11:30am - 12:30pm  Monday - Friday. This program is free! Strollers are acceptable. Children under the age of 12 should be supervised and accompanied by an adult.

The rules are fairly simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a fast-paced, competitive game. Beginners are welcome to join us and learn the game!! What's it all about?The sport is played on a court with the same dimensions as a doubles badminton court. The net is similar to a tennis net, but is mounted two inches lower. The game is played with a hard paddle and a polymer smaller version of a wiffle ball. It can be played by 2 or 4 players.

10:00 AM - 2:30 PM	Cheering, Competitive - Evaluations for the 2026-2027 Comp Cheering Season Join our thriving Biddeford Youth Competition Cheering Program!  Registration for evaluations for the 2026-2027 season is now open! In this program, coaches will introduce the fundamentals of competition cheering, building upon these as athletes advance to new divisions, and build on choreography and routines as the season progresses. Biddeford Recreation is pleased to welcome back returning Head Coaches Hannah Beaupre and Adrianna Miller! Combined, our coaches bring over two decades of youth coaching experience to our program. Supporting our program will also be a dedicated group of volunteer junior coaches.Divisions this season are for Pre-K to 8th grade. Each team can accommodate up to 20 participants (minimum of 10 required per team to hold the division). The season runs from October 2026 through early April 2027 and includes three to five competitions or exhibitions for each team in winter/spring, depending on division. The net is similar to a tennis net, but is mounted two inches lower. The game is played with a hard paddle and a polymer smaller version of a wiffle ball. It can be played by 2 or 4 players.

The team will compete in the Fall 2026 Maine Hoops League, providing players with opportunities to develop their skills, compete against quality competition, and prepare for the upcoming basketball season.The Fall 2026 Maine Hoops League consists of six weekends of league play, beginning the September 26–27 weekend and concluding on the October 31–November 1 weekend.

The rules are fairly simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a fast-paced, competitive game. Beginners are welcome to join us and learn the game!! What's it all about?The sport is played on a court with the same dimensions as a doubles badminton court. The net is similar to a tennis net, but is mounted two inches lower. The game is played with a hard paddle and a polymer smaller version of a wiffle ball. It can be played by 2 or 4 players.

6:30 AM - 10:00 AM	Pickleball Program - Pickleball Weekday Drop In Program Pickleball is a fun activity that can be played by all ages. The sport is fun, social and friendly! The rules are fairly simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a fast-paced, competitive game. Beginners are welcome to join us and learn the game!! What's it all about?The sport is played on a court with the same dimensions as a doubles badminton court. The net is similar to a tennis net, but is mounted two inches lower. The game is played with a hard paddle and a polymer smaller version of a wiffle ball. It can be played by 2 or 4 players.

The rules are fairly simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a fast-paced, competitive game. Beginners are welcome to join us and learn the game!! What's it all about?The sport is played on a court with the same dimensions as a doubles badminton court. The net is similar to a tennis net, but is mounted two inches lower. The game is played with a hard paddle and a polymer smaller version of a wiffle ball. It can be played by 2 or 4 players.

The rules are fairly simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a fast-paced, competitive game. Beginners are welcome to join us and learn the game!! What's it all about?The sport is played on a court with the same dimensions as a doubles badminton court. The net is similar to a tennis net, but is mounted two inches lower. The game is played with a hard paddle and a polymer smaller version of a wiffle ball. It can be played by 2 or 4 players.

The rules are fairly simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a fast-paced, competitive game. Beginners are welcome to join us and learn the game!! What's it all about?The sport is played on a court with the same dimensions as a doubles badminton court. The net is similar to a tennis net, but is mounted two inches lower. The game is played with a hard paddle and a polymer smaller version of a wiffle ball. It can be played by 2 or 4 players.

6:30 AM - 10:00 AM	Pickleball Program - Pickleball Weekday Drop In Program Pickleball is a fun activity that can be played by all ages. The sport is fun, social and friendly! The rules are fairly simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a fast-paced, competitive game. Beginners are welcome to join us and learn the game!! What's it all about?The sport is played on a court with the same dimensions as a doubles badminton court. The net is similar to a tennis net, but is mounted two inches lower. The game is played with a hard paddle and a polymer smaller version of a wiffle ball. It can be played by 2 or 4 players.

4:30 PM - 7:30 PM	Basketball (Travel), Biddeford Travel Basketball Teams - Evaluations for the 2026-2027 Travel Basketball Season Registration is now open for the Biddeford Recreation Travel Basketball 2026-2027 Season! This program is open to basketball players in Grades 3-7. This season, our program will participate in The Maine Basketball League. The league has options of divisions that include single grades and combined grades. For parents, as you determine which basketball program level is best suited for your child, please consider the following: The Travel Basketball program is designed for athletes who would like to play in a more competitive league in the Southern Maine area.Players trying out for travel should have prior experience in recreation or travel basketball.Travel Basketball includes an evaluation process - see details below.  All players interested in playing on a Biddeford Recreation Travel Team are required to attend the evaluation night. Participants that do not make a travel team will be automatically placed on a recreational team.  We have basketball opportunities for everyone and every ability level!*7th Grade Travel Basketball: Players who do not make the travel team will receive a full refund of their registration fee.
