The league has options of divisions that include single grades and combined grades. For parents, as you determine which basketball program level is best suited for your child, please consider the following: The Travel Basketball program is designed for athletes who would like to play in a more competitive league in the Southern Maine area.Players trying out for travel should have prior experience in recreation or travel basketball.Travel Basketball includes an evaluation process - see details below.  All players interested in playing on a Biddeford Recreation Travel Team are required to attend the evaluation night. Participants that do not make a travel team will be automatically placed on a recreational team.  We have basketball opportunities for everyone and every ability level!
