We are looking to connect with all the folks that play or are interested in playing Pickleball.  This is a fun  activity that can be played by all ages. Beginners are welcome to join us and learn the game!!Whats it all about?The sport is played on a court with the same dimensions as a doubles badminton court. In this class we will start seated in a chair for warm ups, stretches and breathing exercises. We will then make our way to standing and balance poses for strength and flexibility. Restorative yoga is an opportunity to release physical and mental stress. We will use props and breath plus relaxation techniques for a calming and healing effect.
