This is a fun  activity that can be played by all ages. Pickleball is fun, social and friendly! The rules are fairly simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a fast-paced, competitive game. Beginners are welcome to join us and learn the game!! On Wednesday's come to the Ross Center Dining Room for an afternoon of Bingo. Bingo starts at 12:00 pm and the minimum cost is only $4.00 for 6 cards: you may play up to 24 cards for $10.00 for cash prizes. Please be here between 11:00 - 11:45 to purchase your cards, no late comers.  All cash taken in from members will be given out as cash prizes.Between cash prizes and a weekly 50/50 drawing you don’t want to miss out on your chance to win BIG! The more players we have the bigger the prizes. Participants must be a member of the Biddeford’s 50 Plus Club (dues are $20 annually).

This is a parent/caregiver-participation group that facilitates unstructured play time with opportunities for lots of social interaction for children and adults. Drop in to the class of your choice, registration is not required.Parents will be asked to sign a participation waiver upon arrival. Program offered in conjunction with the organization Kids Free to Grow.

Do you like playing Cribbage and just can’t find a good place to play? This is a game that is fairly easy to learn and fun to play!            (This program is for 50+ club members ONLY)

In this class we will start seated in a chair for warm ups, stretches and breathing exercises. We will then make our way to standing and balance poses for strength and flexibility. Yin/Yang Yoga is a practice that balances a slow paced Yin with a traditional Hatha Yoga. Yin is a passive cooling energy, whereas Yang is more dynamic and warming. This is a 1 hour class. We will start in Yang for warming up our body and releasing energy, then we will make our way to a more calming practice in Yin. Solo jazz dancing, also known as vernacular jazz dancing, is rooted in Black American traditional movements. This class will explore vintage and modern routines that use the authentic jazz steps common in Lindy Hop and swing dancing. You’ll be grooving to big band swing and traditional jazz music and having so much fun you’ll forget you’re actually exercising! Having some background in Lindy Hop or learning choreography will help you get the most out of this class, but all are welcome. Masks are optional but encouraged. Students should bring a water bottle and a change of shoes that are comfortable and not too sticky on the floor.

Yin/Yang Yoga is a practice that balances a slow paced Yin with a traditional Hatha Yoga. Yin is a passive cooling energy, whereas Yang is more dynamic and warming. This is a 1 hour class. We will start in Yang for warming up our body and releasing energy, then we will make our way to a more calming practice in Yin. Solo jazz dancing, also known as vernacular jazz dancing, is rooted in Black American traditional movements. This class will explore vintage and modern routines that use the authentic jazz steps common in Lindy Hop and swing dancing. You’ll be grooving to big band swing and traditional jazz music and having so much fun you’ll forget you’re actually exercising! Having some background in Lindy Hop or learning choreography will help you get the most out of this class, but all are welcome. Masks are optional but encouraged. Students should bring a water bottle and a change of shoes that are comfortable and not too sticky on the floor.

In this class we will start seated in a chair for warm ups, stretches and breathing exercises. We will then make our way to standing and balance poses for strength and flexibility. Yin/Yang Yoga is a practice that balances a slow paced Yin with a traditional Hatha Yoga. Yin is a passive cooling energy, whereas Yang is more dynamic and warming. This is a 1 hour class. We will start in Yang for warming up our body and releasing energy, then we will make our way to a more calming practice in Yin. 7:15 PM - 8:30 PM    Solo/Vernacular Jazz Dancing- All levels - Swing Dance- Open practice session
Solo jazz dancing, also known as vernacular jazz dancing, is rooted in Black American traditional movements. This class will explore vintage and modern routines that use the authentic jazz steps common in Lindy Hop and swing dancing. You’ll be grooving to big band swing and traditional jazz music and having so much fun you’ll forget you’re actually exercising! Having some background in Lindy Hop or learning choreography will help you get the most out of this class, but all are welcome. Masks are optional but encouraged. Students should bring a water bottle and a change of shoes that are comfortable and not too sticky on the floor.

On Wednesday's come to the Ross Center Dining Room for an afternoon of Bingo. Bingo starts at 12:00 pm and the minimum cost is only $4.00 for 6 cards: you may play up to 24 cards for $10.00 for cash prizes. Please be here between 11:00 - 11:45 to purchase your cards, no late comers.  All cash taken in from members will be given out as cash prizes.Between cash prizes and a weekly 50/50 drawing you don’t want to miss out on your chance to win BIG! The more players we have the bigger the prizes. Participants must be a member of the Biddeford’s 50 Plus Club (dues are $20 annually).
