6:30 AM - 11:00 AM	Pickleball Weekday Drop In - Pickleball Weekday Drop In This is a fun activity that can be played by all ages. Pickleball is fun, social and friendly! The rules are fairly simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a fast-paced, competitive game. Beginners are welcome to join us and learn the game!! Whats it all about?The sport is played on a court with the same dimensions as a doubles badminton court. The net is similar to a tennis net, but is mounted two inches lower. The game is played with a hard paddle and a polymer smaller version of a wiffle ball. It can be played by 2 or 4 players.

Strollers are acceptable. Children under the age of 12 should be accompanied by an adult and under close supervision. This program is not supervised by a staff person.

9:15 AM - 10:45 AM	Tiny Tigers (ages 4 & under) - Tiny Tigers This is a parent/caregiver-participation group that facilitates unstructured play time with opportunities for lots of social interaction for children and adults. Drop in to the class of your choice, registration is not required.Parents will be asked to sign a participation waiver upon arrival. Program offered in conjunction with the organization Kids Free to Grow.

11:00 AM - 12:00 PM	Chair Yoga Combo - Chair Yoga & Gentle Yoga Combo In this class we will start seated in a chair for warm ups, stretches and breathing exercises. We will then make our way to standing and balance poses for strength and flexibility. Finally we will make our way to the floor, where we will complete our yoga practice.Instructor for this class is Jana Gudschinsky

This program is open to basketball players in Grades 3-4 & 5-6. This season, our program will participate in the Southern Maine Hoops League. The league has options of divisions that include single grades and combined grades. For parents, as you determine which basketball program level is best suited for your child, please consider the following: The Travel Basketball program is designed for athletes who would like to play in a more competitive league in the Southern Maine area.Players trying out for travel should have prior experience in recreation or travel basketball.Travel Basketball includes an evaluation process - see details below. Matches are held in the Community Center Gym. This season, we are offering two leagues, A League and B League; each division will consist of regular season games and playoffs.

6:30 AM - 11:00 AM	Pickleball Weekday Drop In - Pickleball Weekday Drop In This is a fun activity that can be played by all ages. Pickleball is fun, social and friendly! The rules are fairly simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a fast-paced, competitive game. Beginners are welcome to join us and learn the game!! Whats it all about?The sport is played on a court with the same dimensions as a doubles badminton court. The net is similar to a tennis net, but is mounted two inches lower. The game is played with a hard paddle and a polymer smaller version of a wiffle ball. It can be played by 2 or 4 players.

11:30 AM - 12:30 PM	Indoor Walking - Indoor Walking Adults ages 18+ older are welcome to come to our gym from 11:30am - 12:30pm Monday - Friday for walking. This program is free! Strollers are acceptable. Children under the age of 12 should be accompanied by an adult and under close supervision. This program is not supervised by a staff person.
