6:30 AM - 10:00 AM	Pickleball Program - Pickleball Weekday Drop In Program Pickleball is a fun activity that can be played by all ages. The sport is fun, social and friendly! The rules are fairly simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a fast-paced, competitive game. Beginners are welcome to join us and learn the game!! What's it all about?The sport is played on a court with the same dimensions as a doubles badminton court. The net is similar to a tennis net, but is mounted two inches lower. The game is played with a hard paddle and a polymer smaller version of a wiffle ball. It can be played by 2 or 4 players.

11:00 AM - 12:00 PM	Chair Yoga Combo - Chair Yoga & Gentle Yoga Combo 2026-2027 In this class we will start seated in a chair for warm ups, stretches and breathing exercises. We will then make our way to standing and balance poses for strength and flexibility. Finally we will make our way to the floor, where we will complete our yoga practice.Instructor for this class is Jana Gudschinsky

The rules are fairly simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a fast-paced, competitive game. Beginners are welcome to join us and learn the game!! What's it all about?The sport is played on a court with the same dimensions as a doubles badminton court. The net is similar to a tennis net, but is mounted two inches lower. The game is played with a hard paddle and a polymer smaller version of a wiffle ball. It can be played by 2 or 4 players.

The rules are fairly simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a fast-paced, competitive game. Beginners are welcome to join us and learn the game!! What's it all about?The sport is played on a court with the same dimensions as a doubles badminton court. The net is similar to a tennis net, but is mounted two inches lower. The game is played with a hard paddle and a polymer smaller version of a wiffle ball. It can be played by 2 or 4 players.

The rules are fairly simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a fast-paced, competitive game. Beginners are welcome to join us and learn the game!! What's it all about?The sport is played on a court with the same dimensions as a doubles badminton court. The net is similar to a tennis net, but is mounted two inches lower. The game is played with a hard paddle and a polymer smaller version of a wiffle ball. It can be played by 2 or 4 players.

The team will compete in the Fall 2026 Maine Hoops League, providing players with opportunities to develop their skills, compete against quality competition, and prepare for the upcoming basketball season.The Fall 2026 Maine Hoops League consists of six weekends of league play, beginning the September 26–27 weekend and concluding on the October 31–November 1 weekend.

The rules are fairly simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a fast-paced, competitive game. Beginners are welcome to join us and learn the game!! What's it all about?The sport is played on a court with the same dimensions as a doubles badminton court. The net is similar to a tennis net, but is mounted two inches lower. The game is played with a hard paddle and a polymer smaller version of a wiffle ball. It can be played by 2 or 4 players.

4:30 PM - 7:30 PM	Basketball (Travel), Biddeford Travel Elite Basketball Teams - Evaluations for the 2026-2027 Travel Elite Basketball Season Registration is now open for the Biddeford Recreation Travel Elite Basketball 2026-2027 Season! This program is open to basketball players in Grades 3-7. This season, our program will participate in The Maine Basketball League. The league has options of divisions that include single grades and combined grades. For parents, as you determine which basketball program level is best suited for your child, please consider the following: The Travel Basketball program is designed for athletes who would like to play in a more competitive league in the Southern Maine area.Players trying out for travel should have prior experience in recreation or travel basketball.Travel Basketball includes an evaluation process - see details below.  All players interested in playing on a Biddeford Recreation Travel Team are required to attend the evaluation night. The rules are fairly simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a fast-paced, competitive game. Beginners are welcome to join us and learn the game!! What's it all about?The sport is played on a court with the same dimensions as a doubles badminton court. The net is similar to a tennis net, but is mounted two inches lower. The game is played with a hard paddle and a polymer smaller version of a wiffle ball. It can be played by 2 or 4 players.

The rules are fairly simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a fast-paced, competitive game. Beginners are welcome to join us and learn the game!! What's it all about?The sport is played on a court with the same dimensions as a doubles badminton court. The net is similar to a tennis net, but is mounted two inches lower. The game is played with a hard paddle and a polymer smaller version of a wiffle ball. It can be played by 2 or 4 players.

6:30 AM - 10:00 AM	Pickleball Program - Pickleball Weekday Drop In Program Pickleball is a fun activity that can be played by all ages. The sport is fun, social and friendly! The rules are fairly simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a fast-paced, competitive game. Beginners are welcome to join us and learn the game!! What's it all about?The sport is played on a court with the same dimensions as a doubles badminton court. The net is similar to a tennis net, but is mounted two inches lower. The game is played with a hard paddle and a polymer smaller version of a wiffle ball. It can be played by 2 or 4 players.

6:30 AM - 10:00 AM	Pickleball Program - Pickleball Weekday Drop In Program Pickleball is a fun activity that can be played by all ages. The sport is fun, social and friendly! The rules are fairly simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a fast-paced, competitive game. Beginners are welcome to join us and learn the game!! What's it all about?The sport is played on a court with the same dimensions as a doubles badminton court. The net is similar to a tennis net, but is mounted two inches lower. The game is played with a hard paddle and a polymer smaller version of a wiffle ball. It can be played by 2 or 4 players.

11:30 AM - 12:30 PM	Indoor Walking - Indoor Walking Adults ages 18+ older are welcome to walk in our gym from 11:30am - 12:30pm  Monday - Friday. This program is free! Strollers are acceptable. Children under the age of 12 should be supervised and accompanied by an adult.
