Welcome to the Biddeford Recreation Summer Day Camp 2025 Info Page!
Biddeford Recreation will be offering summer camps in 2025 for students in grades K-8 for the upcoming school year.  This page includes important information, links to forms, enrollment and camp dates, and resources to help families prepare for the upcoming camp season.  Updates will be added throughout the next few months as information is available. Enrollment Info:
BIDDEFORD RESIDENT REGISTRATION OPENS: Tuesday, April 1st, 2025
NON-RESIDENT REGISTRATION OPENS: Tuesday, April 22nd, 2025

Enrollment Process for 2025: will include submitting all required enrollment forms and a $25.00 Summer Camp membership fee prior to registering for camp options.  Stay tuned for additional details!

The deadline for applications for SUMMER CAMP, including Safari Camp and Middle School Camp is March 3, 2025. We also provide aid for youth sports and some sports camps! 2025 Summer Camp Details: additional details will be added throughout the spring

Safari Camp: For students entering Grades K-5 in school year 2025-2026
• Dates: Monday through Friday, June 23rd through August 15th (closed Friday, July 4th)
• Camp Hours: 7:30am through 5:30pm.  UPDATED FOR 2025!
• Location: J. Richard Martin Community Center, 189 Alfred St. Biddeford
Pricing and Registration Options:
Safari Camp Full Summer Registration:
• Discounted rate of $1,525.00/resident; $1,625.00/non-resident for all 8 weeks of camp!
• Sibling rate: $1,450.00/resident; $1,525.00/non-resident
Includes all 8 weeks of camp. $500.00 deposit is due at enrollment for this option. The remaining balance must be paid in full before Friday, June 13th, or a payment plan must be initiated that will completely pay for camp by August 15th. Campers with outstanding balances will not be permitted to attend camp until their balance has been paid or a payment plan is initiated. Please call the Recreation Department to set up a payment plan/automatic electronic payments. 207-283-0841.
Weekly Option: $250.00/resident; $300.00/non-resident. A $15.00 discount will be applied for additional siblings.
This option provides the flexibility to select specific weeks your child will attend. Priority will be given to Full Time enrollments and weekly rates will be available starting Tuesday, May 6th for weeks that still have availability. You may submit enrollment forms in April, but we cannot guarantee weekly availability. Only weeks registered and paid for will be guaranteed.

Grades 6-8 Camp - name TBD for 2025! For students entering Grades 6-8 in school year 2025-2026

• Camp Hours: 7:30am through 5:30pm

Camp Calendars: We are currently working on our schedule for trips and activities with vendors as they open for the summer season. Based on the feedback from our summer 2024 survey, we are developing a calendar that will feature more on-camp experiences, camp themes, and weekly trips to local venues, beaches, parks, and more!  Get ready for more interactive guests joining us onsite! Be prepared to embark on more robust trips! Look forward to activities geared toward the children’s interests! And don’t forget our end of the summer celebration! Our calendar will highlight special events, exciting trips, weekly themes, and themed days (ex. Move Monday)! There will be plenty to explore and opportunities to find something new to enjoy! From crafts to sports to art and more, there is something for everyone this summer at Biddeford Recreation. We plan to have complete activity calendars for June/July available early June and our August calendar available in July - stay tuned to our website for more details!

Summer Camp Schedule is subject to change dependent on end of year school calendar and may be impacted by snow day closures!
