The rules are fairly simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a fast-paced, competitive game. Beginners are welcome to join us and learn the game!! Whats it all about?The sport is played on a court with the same dimensions as a doubles badminton court. The net is similar to a tennis net, but is mounted two inches lower. The game is played with a hard paddle and a polymer smaller version of a wiffle ball. It can be played by 2 or 4 players.

This is an open door program where participants may come and go throughout the day. Many students take advantage of the park on nice days. The center provides transportation to as close to home as practical at days end.Teen Center opens for the 2022-23 School Year on Friday September 9th.Teen Center CLOSED October 21st for Screemfest Trip.Hours are 2:45-6:00 on school days except Early Releases. Hours are 12:00-5:30 those Early Release days. Teen Center is closed on days when school is not in session.All registration paperwork must be completed before attending. This is a free program provided by the City of Biddeford in support of its teens.  All documents related to Covid may be updated at any given time as this is a fluid situation with the virus. Mask are optionalAvailable at the center are pool tables, air hockey, snack bar, board games, lounge area, video games and more. Special events and activities are also held at the center.

On Wednesday's come to the Ross Center Dining Room for an afternoon of Bingo. Bingo starts at 12:00 pm and the minimum cost is only $4.00 for 6 cards: you may play up to 24 cards for $10.00 for cash prizes. Please be here between 11:00 - 11:45 to purchase your cards, no late comers.  All cash taken in from members will be given out as cash prizes.Between cash prizes and a weekly 50/50 drawing you don’t want to miss out on your chance to win BIG! The more players we have the bigger the prizes. Participants must be a member of the Biddeford’s 50 Plus Club (dues are $20 annually).

General Information: Students in grades K through 5 are welcome to participate in these fun field trips! Trips costs $30.00/person and includes supervision, admission, transportation, snack & drink. Students will be met by a recreation staff member at school dismissal time (12:00pm) Pick Up By 5:30pm at BIS Auxiliary Gym Grades- K, 3, 4, & 5  Pick Up By 5:30pm at BPS Cub Care Grades- 1 & 2 The group will be bussed to and from the destination Please pack shoes and socks for all Early Release Adventures!! Early Release Deadline is the day before the early release by 12:00pm! This is a parent/caregiver-participation group that facilitates unstructured play time with opportunities for lots of social interaction for children and adults. Program offered in conjunction with the organization Kids Free to Grow.

This is a fun  activity that can be played by all ages. Pickleball is fun, social and friendly! The rules are fairly simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a fast-paced, competitive game. Beginners are welcome to join us and learn the game!! Whats it all about?The sport is played on a court with the same dimensions as a doubles badminton court. The net is similar to a tennis net, but is mounted two inches lower. The game is played with a hard paddle and a polymer smaller version of a wiffle ball. It can be played by 2 or 4 players.

You will learn the basics of Disc Golf such as throwing skills, putting skills, and disc golf etiquette, while also playing plenty of rounds at the Biddeford Disc Golf Course. In this class we will start seated in a chair for warm ups, stretches and breathing exercises. We will then make our way to standing and balance poses for strength and flexibility. This is an open door program where participants may come and go throughout the day. Many students take advantage of the park on nice days. The center provides transportation to as close to home as practical at days end.Teen Center opens for the 2022-23 School Year on Friday September 9th.Teen Center CLOSED October 21st for Screemfest Trip.Hours are 2:45-6:00 on school days except Early Releases. Hours are 12:00-5:30 those Early Release days. Teen Center is closed on days when school is not in session.All registration paperwork must be completed before attending. This is a free program provided by the City of Biddeford in support of its teens.  All documents related to Covid may be updated at any given time as this is a fluid situation with the virus. Mask are optionalAvailable at the center are pool tables, air hockey, snack bar, board games, lounge area, video games and more. Special events and activities are also held at the center.

Come play and learn more about the great sport of disc golf this spring at the Riverside Disc Golf Course. All disc golfers, of all skill levels, grades 6-12 are welcome. Whether you are a beginner interested in learning the sport, or you already play and are looking to improve your game, this program is going to be fun for all! Join us and see why Disc Golf is becoming one of the top-growing sports in the world.Biddeford has an wide open 9-hole disc golf course at Rotary Park. You will learn the basics of Disc Golf such as throwing skills, putting skills, and disc golf etiquette, while also playing plenty of rounds at the Biddeford Disc Golf Course. This program will give you the extra step to make disc golf a fun sport that you will enjoy for a lifetime!

This is a fun  activity that can be played by all ages. Pickleball is fun, social and friendly! The rules are fairly simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a fast-paced, competitive game. Beginners are welcome to join us and learn the game!! Whats it all about?The sport is played on a court with the same dimensions as a doubles badminton court. The net is similar to a tennis net, but is mounted two inches lower. The game is played with a hard paddle and a polymer smaller version of a wiffle ball. It can be played by 2 or 4 players.
