The rules are fairly simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a fast-paced, competitive game. Beginners are welcome to join us and learn the game!! 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM	Elf Paca Meadows Tour - Elf Paca Meadows Tour Biddeford Recreation presents an Alpaca tour at Elf-Paca Meadows located in West Newfield, Maine! The dream of owning an alpaca farm started out as a hobby with 4 alpacas and has grown into a fully functioning 120 acre farm and roughly 100 alpacas. With the farmhouse built in 1798 this tour offers a lot of charm and incredible views of the mountain tops. After the tour we will stop at the Town Line for lunch. Lunch will be on your own.

The rules are fairly simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a fast-paced, competitive game. Beginners are welcome to join us and learn the game!! 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM	Yin Yang Yoga - Yin Yang Yoga Yin/Yang Yoga is a practice that balances a slow paced Yin with a traditional Hatha Yoga. Yin is a passive cooling energy, whereas Yang is more dynamic and warming. This is a 1 hour class. We will start in Yang for warming up our body and releasing energy, then we will make our way to a more calming practice in Yin. The rules are fairly simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a fast-paced, competitive game. Beginners are welcome to join us and learn the game!! Yin is a passive cooling energy, whereas Yang is more dynamic and warming. This is a 1 hour class. We will start in Yang for warming up our body and releasing energy, then we will make our way to a more calming practice in Yin. The rules are fairly simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a fast-paced, competitive game. Beginners are welcome to join us and learn the game!! Yin is a passive cooling energy, whereas Yang is more dynamic and warming. This is a 1 hour class. We will start in Yang for warming up our body and releasing energy, then we will make our way to a more calming practice in Yin. 6:30 AM - 11:00 AM	Pickleball Weekday Drop In - Pickleball Weekday Drop In This is a fun  activity that can be played by all ages. Pickleball is fun, social and friendly! The rules are fairly simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a fast-paced, competitive game. Beginners are welcome to join us and learn the game!! Please contact the coordinator  for additional program information, 283-0841 Send an email inquiry. Whats it all about?The sport is played on a court with the same dimensions as a doubles badminton court. The net is similar to a tennis net, but is mounted two inches lower. The game is played with a hard paddle and a polymer smaller version of a wiffle ball. It can be played by 2 or 4 players.

We will then make our way to standing and balance poses for strength and flexibility. Each session emphasizes skill development, proper techniques, and the importance of sportsmanship and teamwork. No track facility is required! Athletes of all skill levels are welcome—whether you’re new to track and field or looking to improve, this program is for you! There will be opportunities to participate in local track meets which are typically hosted at field complex facilities also used for cross country events.Register by April 14th to secure a team t-shirt!
