Participants will explore a variety of events, including sprints, distance running, relays, long jump, and more, in a supportive and encouraging environment. Each session emphasizes skill development, proper techniques, and the importance of sportsmanship and teamwork. No track facility is required! Athletes of all skill levels are welcome—whether you’re new to track and field or looking to improve, this program is for you! 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM	Cinderella Tea Party and Performance at Biddeford City Theater - Cinderella Tea Party & Show You're invited to the Cinderella Tea Party and Performance at Biddeford City Theater, presented by Biddeford Recreation's Bolder Adults Program!Grandparents, it's time to pull out your fancy clothes and dress up with your grand kids! We will be hosting a Cinderella Themed Tea Party at J. Richard Martin Community Center. You will be able to enjoy small finger sandwiches, desserts and of course tea (and juice) while spending special time with your grand kids. Once the tea party concludes we will head down town to historic Biddeford City Theater to enjoy the Rodgers and Hammerstein’s musical adaptation of Cinderella!
