Maine Ultimate and Biddeford Recreation have teamed up to offer a FREE Youth Ultimate Frisbee Program in spring 2025!

Ultimate frisbee has the fast-paced movement of soccer, paired with the aerial excitement of football! Players will learn throwing, catching, basic strategy, and of course, Spirit of the Game! "A truly unique and defining element of ultimate, Spirit of the Game places the responsibility of fair play solely on the athletes themselves by requiring each player to know the rules and make their own calls, without the help of a neutral official. These underlying principles reinforce mutual respect and trust between opponents; communication and conflict resolution skills; and self confidence – both on and off the field of play."

No experience necessary!  Players should wear sneakers and comfortable clothing. Don't forget a water bottle! All players receive a FREE disc to keep!

Dates by Grade:
Saturday, March 22, 2025: Grades 3-5
Saturday, April 12, 2025: Grades 6-12
Time: each session runs from 10:00am-11:30am
Location: J. Richard Martin Community Center gym

Registration: This program is FREE and space is limited for each session to just 12 participants! All attendees must pre-register using the activities below.
