The rules are fairly simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a fast-paced, competitive game. Beginners are welcome to join us and learn the game!! The net is similar to a tennis net, but is mounted two inches lower. The game is played with a hard paddle and a polymer smaller version of a wiffle ball. It can be played by 2 or 4 players.

4:30 PM - 5:30 PM	Yin Yang Yoga - Yin Yang Yoga Yin/Yang Yoga is a practice that balances a slow paced Yin with a traditional Hatha Yoga. Yin is a passive cooling energy, whereas Yang is more dynamic and warming. This is a 1 hour class. We will start in Yang for warming up our body and releasing energy, then we will make our way to a more calming practice in Yin. Built in 1853, White Columns is one of the Kennebunkport Historical Society’s premier properties. Owned and loved by the same family for 130 years, the Victorian-era home has retained its old-world charm and still contains the home’s original furnishings. Step back in time by taking a guided tour. Docents will lead you through seven rooms of the stately home and share stories about three generations of the Perkins-Nott family that lived, loved and lost in this magnificent Greek revival mansion. The tour includes history of Kennebunkport, its shipbuilding and maritime traditions, and the intriguing story of the family that inhabited the home.After the tour, we will have lunch at Federal Jacks Restaurant in Kennebunkport. Ultimate frisbee has the fast-paced movement of soccer, paired with the aerial excitement of football! Players will learn throwing, catching, basic strategy, and of course, Spirit of the Game! "A truly unique and defining element of ultimate, Spirit of the Game places the responsibility of fair play solely on the athletes themselves by requiring each player to know the rules and make their own calls, without the help of a neutral official. These underlying principles reinforce mutual respect and trust between opponents; communication and conflict resolution skills; and self confidence – both on and off the field of play." Weekly practices and games focus on skill-building, sportsmanship, and enjoying the excitement of flag football!All participants registered by April 14th receive a team jersey!
