The rules are fairly simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a fast-paced, competitive game. Beginners are welcome to join us and learn the game!! Yin is a passive cooling energy, whereas Yang is more dynamic and warming. This is a 1 hour class. We will start in Yang for warming up our body and releasing energy, then we will make our way to a more calming practice in Yin. Each session emphasizes skill development, proper techniques, and the importance of sportsmanship and teamwork. No track facility is required! Athletes of all skill levels are welcome—whether you’re new to track and field or looking to improve, this program is for you! Yin is a passive cooling energy, whereas Yang is more dynamic and warming. This is a 1 hour class. We will start in Yang for warming up our body and releasing energy, then we will make our way to a more calming practice in Yin. Each session emphasizes skill development, proper techniques, and the importance of sportsmanship and teamwork. No track facility is required! Athletes of all skill levels are welcome—whether you’re new to track and field or looking to improve, this program is for you! Yin is a passive cooling energy, whereas Yang is more dynamic and warming. This is a 1 hour class. We will start in Yang for warming up our body and releasing energy, then we will make our way to a more calming practice in Yin. 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM	Yin Yang Yoga - Yin Yang Yoga Yin/Yang Yoga is a practice that balances a slow paced Yin with a traditional Hatha Yoga. Yin is a passive cooling energy, whereas Yang is more dynamic and warming. This is a 1 hour class. We will start in Yang for warming up our body and releasing energy, then we will make our way to a more calming practice in Yin.
